At MesoRNA, we specialize in sequencing, characterizing, and providing bioinformatics solutions for mesoRNAs—RNAs ranging from 35 to 300 nucleotides, such as tRNA, snRNA, snoRNA, and rRNA. Our proprietary MSR-seq technology captures five simultaneous measurements: sequence, abundance, epitranscriptomic modifications, charging, and fragmentation. We aim to advance research, diagnostics, and therapeutics, contributing to a deeper understanding of cellular processes and disease mechanisms.
